How does the driver of the last GO bus of the day get home?

When a GO bus is full and there are still people waiting in line, sometimes they run another bus.  And sometimes they do this with the last bus of the night.

So when they do run an extra bus on the last run of the night, how does the driver of the extra bus get home?  Unless they have an extra driver around who's going to the destination city anyway, the driver of the extra bus ends their day in a completely different city than they expected to, and this well after midnight.  Even if they drove to work, their car is in a completely different city than they are and transit has stopped for the night.

So how do they get home?

The bus driver has to take the bus back to the garage he/she started from, which is probably where their car is parked (yes, most bus drivers drive to work - especially if they are starting or finishing after service hours).

I'd guess that the extra bus also needs to go back to whichever city it (and the driver) started from, since if it was going to end the day there, it's probably needed there in there morning. The driver likely gets paid for the round-trip, too.

Oh, that's the information I was missing! I forgot that the bus needs to go back, and I didn't realize they had garages. (I just assumed they parked at the stations because I've never had reason to give it any further thought.)

So this means that there's a bunch of people driving empty buses around the GTA at about 1 in the morning.
